Reconnect with Earth, rejuvenate your spirit, and immerse yourself in the vibrant energy of the upcoming summer season. Step into nature's embrace with Jillian and Julia for this unique yoga & hiking event at Felker's Falls, Stoney Creek on the International Day of Yoga!   

We will be celebrating both the summer solstice & the international day of yoga in nature, sunshine & with like-minded beings. Starting off our celebration with a gentle & lengthening yoga class to prepare our bodies for our leisurely hike suitable for all skill levels. After our journey, Jillian & Julia will share the ancient origins behind the sun salutations or Surya Namaskars that we do so frequently in our yoga practises. Followed by an energizing class filled with the many different sun salutation variations.
