Start your day by moving your body and breathing with nature. What is more peaceful than a sunny beach, a sparkling lake, waves and birds as nature's music? Join me every Tuesday for a wonderful yoga practice at the beach!
Location:
The beach we are practising at is at the end of Casablance road. NOT CASABLANCA BEACH (currently under construction). We will be meeting at the beach west of Casablanca Beach. Good maps simply calls it "Public Beach" the address being 432 N Service Rd, Grimsby, ON L3M 4E8. Parking is recommended along Point Polonaise Dr. After signing up, check your email as you will receive a confirmation email that has a PDF of parking info :)
HELPFUL TIPS:
- arrive 5 minutes early for practise, especially your first time
