Social Anxiety
So many of my students are nervous about going to group classes because they are new to yoga, or anxious about practicing in front of others. These are never anything to worry about, BUT I am happy to offer a private, judgement free safe space for you to practice.
Specific Needs
If you have a temporary injury, chronic pain, or emotional need, we can discuss (in as little detail as you would like to share) so I can provide you with a yoga class designed for you needs.

What to expect
Virtual Yoga with Jillian
Class duration: 30-90 minutes
The length of the a class will typically be 1 hour, however, this can be flexible if needed.
